Spinach with rice

Espinaka Kon arros
Materials:
1.5 Kg. Of spinach
2 soup spoon fuls of rice
1 lemon
sunflower oil
water or bouilon
salt
Instructions:

Wash the spinach well, chop theme into small pieces, boil them a little and strain them. Put them in saucepan, add the oil', lemon juice,rice, water or bouillon and cook it. It can be served hot or cold.
